Roof workHow long have you been in the business and what type of licensing do you hold?

Renaissance Roofing has been in business for 6 years however owners Doug Weiker and Jesse Marshall have been in the business for a combined 20 years.  We are fully insured in MA and RI with many qualifications in many aspects of the trade.

Are you, the owner, present at the job site during the completion of the work?

Not only are we present but we as owners do 100% of their work.

Do you employ your own employees or use sub-contractors?

We are a small outfit and tend to stay that way so that we can monitor the quality of work.  We do not sub out any of our work.

If I give the job to you how long will it take to start the work? 

If the job is granted to Renaissance Roofing and are unable to get to you job right away we can temporarily stop the leak. 

 What type of warranty do you offer? 

We offer a 10 year warranty on all craftsmanship transferrable from homeowner to homeowner.
